1. Overview
This policy applies to all corrugated packaging orders (design, production, printing, fulfillment) and digital marketing services (campaigns, retainers, ad spend).
2. Packaging Orders
- Cancellation Before Production: Full refund of deposit if order is canceled within 5 business days of proof approval and before raw materials are allocated.

Cancellation During Production:
- 50% of total order value refundable if canceled after production starts but before 50% completion.
- No refund if canceled after 50% of production run is completed.
- Defective Shipments: If boxes arrive with manufacturing defects (warping, misprints), Kamco will replace or reprint at no additional cost.
- Force Majeure: Orders may be rescheduled; if not possible, prorated refunds issued based on work completed.
3. Digital Marketing Services
- Ad Spend: Non‑refundable once campaigns are launched and spend is incurred on ad platforms.

Service Fees:
- Monthly retainers prorated refund if cancellation notice is given before midpoint of billing cycle.
- No refund for hours already delivered or after midpoint.
- Campaign Performance: No performance‑based refunds; we guarantee professional delivery of services.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email refund@kamcocorr.com with your order or campaign ID.
- Provide details of cancellation or defect, including photos for packaging issues.
- Specify preferred refund method (bank transfer or credit reversal).
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of your request and any returned goods. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.
6. Amendments
Kamco Corrugation may update this policy. The “Last Updated” date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of our services implies acceptance.
